Yes. Our Fireplace Mantels are made with real wood solids & veneers, along with with engineered wood.

Every Fireplace Mantel we create is made-to-order and will have its own distinctive color, grain pattern, and perfect imperfections. No two are the same.

Is there any assembly required at all?

We ship every Mantel assembled so that you can enjoy your furniture piece with minimal effort. Our White Glove shipping service is also offered with every order for convenience.

However, with our Fireplace Mantels will come in a separate box and will need to be inserted into the Mantel and fastened in place (2 screws).

How do you ship the Fireplace Mantel?

We ship all Fireplace Mantels on a pallet using FedEx Freight. Our Fireplace Mantels are carefully packaged in custom-sized and thick, heavy duty boxes with various protective internal pieces.

We guarantee all shipments against damages, please check your item upon delivery.

If there is damage, please document where and what it is, along with pictures, then contact us immediately. Let the carrier know of the damage. If damage is severe, refuse shipment and contact us.

Can you ship White Glove? What does White Glove include?

White Glove Shipping includes: delivery, unboxing, room of choice placement (up to 2-stories), and removal of packaging materials. We want to make your experience as comfortable as possible!

If you order a Fireplace Mantel, the fireplace insert itself comes in a separate box and will need to be customized to your liking, then placed in the back of the Fireplace Mantel.

Are your Fireplace Mantels built in the USA?

Yes, every Fireplace Mantel is handmade to order in our in Phoenix, Arizona workshop. For the past 30 years, our factory has been creating durable, heirloom style furniture.

Most of the materials used in our products are sourced from the USA, however, some of the wood or other materials may be imported.

What if my Fireplace Mantel is damaged upon arrival?

In the unfortunate event your Fireplace Mantel is damaged upon arrival, we will send a replacement as long as the damage occurred before or during shipping, or at the time of arrival.

Please immediately document the damage, such as what, where, and take time-stamped pictures.

If damage is severe, please refuse shipment with FedEx, we will get notified and send a new replacement at no cost.

Regardless of the damage extent, please contact us immediately after.
