    Corner TV Stands

There are a couple of reasons why you might want a corner TV stand in your home. Here are a couple of quick ones to help get the gears turning in your head so you can find the best way to decorate your space.

The first and probably most common reason is space. Whether you live in a studio apartment in a large city, or you just don’t have a lot of living room space, putting a TV stand in the corner is a great option to save space. Most living room setups don’t have anything in the corner anyway, so there’s often a space there that can be used. Plus, if the TV goes in a corner, something else can go where it was going to go. All in all, you save room and get more out of your furniture by utilizing a less-used space.

Another reason to put a TV in the corner is for maximizing the viewable angle. A TV against a wall can only be viewed best from areas opposite to it (not to the side). If your home features a large ‘open concept’ space of the kind that is very popular now, you can find issues since a TV on a longer wall doesn’t give great viewability. And a TV that can be heard from anywhere in the room but not seen is pretty much just noise pollution. However, if you turn that TV 45 degrees and stick it in the corner, it dramatically increases the total amount of area in the open concept room from where it can be viewed.

Every Corner TV stand we offer has the option for an electric fireplace insert. It is our most popular TV stand add-on.
