Once the item is inspected by our team, and is in like-new condition, and the item is picked up, a refund will be applied.
*Please note, our return policy doesn't cover post-delivery damages (ex: customer damaged the unit moving it). Any issues during delivery must be reported, no exceptions. The policy applies to like-new products only. An additional fee of $75.00 per item will be incurred for orders returned without their original packaging.
