No, we ship every TV stand fully assembled so that you can enjoy your furniture piece immediately upon arrival.
If you order a fireplace, it will come in a separate box and will need to be inserted into the TV stand and fastened in place (2 screws).
We ship all TV Stands on a pallet using FedEx Freight. They are carefully packaged in custom-sized and thick, heavy duty boxes with various protective internal pieces.
We guarantee all shipments against damages, please check your item upon delivery.
If there is damage, please document where and what it is, along with pictures, then contact us immediately. Let the carrier know of the damage. If damage is severe, refuse shipment and contact us.

Yes, all of our electric fireplace tv stands come complete with a powerful and efficient fan-forced heater. Our fireplace inserts heat rooms up to 1,000 ft². Heating is an optional setting.
