Are Realcozy TV Stands made with Real Wood?

Yes. Our TV Stands are made with real wood solids & veneers with engineered wood.

Every TV Stand we create is made to order and will have its own distinctive color, grain pattern, and perfect imperfections. No two TV stands are the same.

How do you ship the TV Stand?

We ship all TV Stands on a pallet using FedEx. They are carefully packaged in custom-sized and thick, heavy duty boxes with various protective internal pieces.

We guarantee all shipments against damages, please check your item upon delivery.

If there is damage, please document where and what it is, along with pictures, then contact us immediately. Let the carrier know of the damage. If damage is severe, refuse shipment and contact us.

Is there any assembly required at all?

No, we ship every TV stand fully assembled so that you can enjoy your furniture piece immediately upon arrival. White Glove shipping is also offered at checkout for added convenience.

If you order a fireplace, it will come in a separate box and will need to be inserted into the TV stand and fastened in place (2 screws).

What does White Glove Shipping include?

White Glove Shipping includes: delivery, unboxing, room of choice placement (up to 2-stories), and removal of packaging materials. We want to make your experience as comfortable as possible!

If you order a Fireplace TV Stand, the fireplace insert itself comes in a separate box and will need to be customized to your liking, then placed in the back of the TV stand.

*While White Glove Shipping is available in most areas, you may live in a location where it is not available. Please contact us if you want to ensure it's available before purchasing.

Are your TV Stands actually made in the USA?

Yes, every TV Stand is handmade to order in our in Tolleson, Arizona workshop. We have been building furniture for the past 30 years and take pride in our work!

What if my TV Stand is damaged upon arrival?

In the unfortunate event your TV stand is damaged upon arrival, please document the damage, such as what, where, and take time-stamped pictures.

Contact us immediately. If damage is severe, please refuse shipment.
